Stunning Jaclyn Smith became a Hollywood star after ‘’Charlie’s Angels’’- she still looks as beautiful as always at 77

Jaclyn Smith, the ageless beauty at 77, is widely known for her iconic role in “Charlie’s Angels,” which marked the beginning of her fame. Born in Houston, Smith initially aspired to become a ballerina and started dancing at the age of three. However, her focus shifted to acting after studying drama at Trinity University, although her passion for dancing persisted.

Smith’s journey to success gained momentum when she moved to New York after graduating. This decision opened numerous opportunities, allowing her to explore various roles and establish herself in the entertainment industry. She became a shampoo model for Breck and later launched her signature scent, Jaclyn Smith’s California, in 1989 after working with Max Factor.

Reflecting on her career, Smith mentioned that she was initially not driven by ambition but rather enjoyed exploring different characters in commercials and miniseries. Her breakthrough came unexpectedly when she landed the role of Kelly Garrett in “Charlie’s Angels,” a series that premiered in 1976 and achieved immense success, earning numerous accolades and award nominations.

Despite not being overly ambitious about the role, Smith’s portrayal of Kelly Garrett became iconic, and she earned $5000 for the first episode, eventually receiving $40,000 per episode. Post-“Charlie’s Angels,” Smith continued to build on her success, securing additional impactful roles in her acting career.
